Next, we review applications carefully, focusing on relevant skills and experience. We don’t just look for keywords but try to understand each candidate’s story and potential.


Selected candidates move to a phone or video interview. This step helps us get to know them better and answer their questions. We focus on communication skills, problem-solving, and cultural fit.


After that, we invite candidates for an in-person interview or a practical task related to the job. This hands-on approach shows us how they work and think in real situations.
